Previously Dr. Jalal spent 16 years as CEO of Dialog Semiconductor, some of his professional highlights include the creation of new design centers in seven countries; successful negotiation of a strategic licensing deal to transfer IP and resources to Apple Inc. equity raising in European capital markets along with acquisition and integration of several chip companies in the US, Netherlands, Korea and Germany totaling over $1bn. Dr. Jalal also led the company to become the world leader in Power Management products, used for all Apple devices and the expansion into new product lines for Connectivity (low power Bluetooth/Wi-Fi), as well as Power Conversion and programmable Mixed Signal products for Mobile consumer and IOT markets. He led the strategic M&A deal resulting in the sale of Dialog semiconductor to Renesas Corporation of Japan in August 2021 for $5.8bn.
As part of his extensive achievements, with Dialog Semiconductor, Jalal has won several industry awards: GSA awards for “Most Respected Semiconductor Company” ($1bn- $5bn) and twice for “Best Financially Managed Semiconductor Company”.

Jeff Perkins is the Executive Vice President and General Manager of Yole Inc. Jeff has led international business expansion activities across a range of industries including: semiconductor, energy and electrification, aerospace, medical devices, and automotive. Jeff holds an MBA from INSEAD at Fontainebleau, France, and a BSc in Engineering from the University of Colorado at Boulder.

Brent A. Young is Vice President of Intel Corporation and Head of Global Markets Strategy, based in Washington D.C., where he is responsible for Intel’s strategies to intercept global growth opportunities in regions outside the U.S., rebalance supply chains, and de-risk the company amidst rising global geopolitical dynamics and potential Black Swan events.
From 2013 to 2022, Brent held senior sales and strategy positions for Intel in China. Most recently, he was Vice President and Head of the China Corporate Strategy Office in Beijing where he led Intel’s corporate strategy to compete against indigenous semiconductor trends, navigate rising geopolitical tensions, and build partnerships to accelerate Intel’s growth in market. Prior, he set up and led Intel’s tablet sales and marketing team which scaled Intel into the low-cost, high-volume Chinese Tablet ecosystem which helped bring Intel to the #1 MSS position in Tablets at the time.
He joined Intel in 2006 as an open source software strategist and was selected for Intel’s coveted technical assistant and chief of staff program supporting Tom Kilroy, the EVP of worldwide sales and marketing and his staff.
Prior to joining Intel, he spent 5 years developing core product features in various software engineering and technology sales positions at two startups, Curl Corporation and ShoppingList.com.
He is a member of Montage Technology Group Limited’s board of directors and was a two-time Vice Chair at the American Chamber of Commerce in China. Brent earned both bachelor’s and master’s degrees in computer science from Cornell University and an MBA from the Kellogg School of Management.

Lucas Tsai is Senior Director of Market Intelligence and Emerging Business Management at TSMC North America. He is responsible for new sales funnels, including VC backed startups, emerging system accounts, and Value-Chain-Aggregators (VCA) in North America region. He is instrumental in the revival of TSMC corporate venture. Over his 20 years with TSMC, he specialized in bridging foundry and OEM by developing multiple-billion-dollar foundry businesses with a major mobile OEM and later with another major cloud service provider. Lucas holds a Ph.D. in Electrical and Computer Engineering from North Carolina State University, M.S. and B.S., Electronic Engineering from National Chiao-Tung University in Taiwan. Lucas was granted more than 20 US patents and has published more than 40 papers in technical journals and conferences.

Jinman Han serves as Corporate EVP of Samsung Electronics and President of Samsung Device Solutions Americas (DSA), where he is responsible for Samsung’s U.S. semiconductor business that includes Memory, Foundry, System LSI, LED, Display, and Advanced Package.
Mr. Han has held several leadership positions at Samsung including his most recent role as head of the Memory Global Sales & Marketing team where he oversaw the entire global sales and marketing activities of the company’s memory business since 2020.
Prior to that, he also led the Memory Marketing team, responsible for developing and executing marketing strategies since 2019. Also with his deep knowledge and well-rounded experience of the industry, he was designated to represent the memory division as a spokesman for the company’s investor relations as well.
Mr. Han joined Samsung in 1989 and has held several key positions within the company in departments such as DRAM design, Flash design, Flash solution products engineering, and SSD development.
Such technically diverse background has aided him in becoming the head of Product Planning & Application Engineering team for the memory division in 2017, where he was responsible for enabling all the company’s memory products such as HBM, UFS, DRAM, NAND and SSDs.

Rabbi Islam is co-founder and serves as the CEO of iTest, Inc., bringing over 30 years of hands-on experience in the semiconductor industry to support companies both locally and internationally. An expert in various services, including test and wafer probing program development, as well as device and package qualifications, Rabbi played a pivotal role in making iTest profitable in less than a year.
In previous roles, Rabbi was instrumental in setting up test houses in Singapore and Austin. The setup in Singapore has since evolved into one of the largest test houses globally. As the General Manager at ISE Labs (Hong Kong) Ltd, he gained extensive experience in running offshore test operations for high-volume manufacturing. Later, as the VP of Engineering & Business Development at ISE Labs in Fremont, Rabbi contributed valuable insights into test solutions for customers at a lower cost of test. He developed strong relationships with semiconductor companies in Silicon Valley and around the world, successfully steering these companies to profitability and solidifying his reputation as a results-driven leader.
Most recently, Rabbi’s venture in Shanghai, supporting companies in the China Semiconductor industry, has grown into a prominent testing services facility in China. Rabbi commenced his career after earning a Master of Engineering from Beijing University of Posts & Telecommunications, leveraging his extensive industry experience to drive innovation in the semiconductor sector.

Jason is a Senior Sales Executive and Leader with over 30 years of diverse domestic and international experience establishing and growing profitable businesses in public and private sectors.
Jason has extensive experience and proven execution in semiconductors, systems and software focused on a variety of domains including telecom, broadband, automotive, enterprise/consumer wired and wireless networking, iIoT, cloud infrastructure, network security, storage, AI and HPC with privately held, VC funded, US Intelligence Agency funded, and multinational publicly held organizations.
Jason currently leads GlobalFoundries US Sales where he drives and manages a significant portion of GF’s business.
